Jackie's Pear Pie

a la Aunt Jackie

10 inch pie crust

1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 c sugar
1 c + 2 T flour

Pour over:
6 large pears, peeled & sliced

Put the crust in the pie plate, pour in pear mixture. Top with:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 t cinnamon
3 T butter (crumbled across the top)

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 and bake for 30 more minutes.
