Dump into a crockpot:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
8 oz salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can chicken broth
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-6 hours. Half an hour before serving, shred the chicken and add:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
Heat through, then serve with tortillas, more cheese, lime wedges, guacamole, etc...
