Jodi's Crepes with "Blintz"

I'm not sure if "Blintz" is a real topping, or just the word my family used for the tasty cream cheese filling in crepes :) Either way, tastiness!

CREPES:
1 1/2 c flour
2 c milk
3 T melted butter
2 T sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

BLINTZ FILLING:
1 c cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 t vanilla

Mix filling by hand (it should be a little chunky). Set aside while you cook the crepes. Heat the filling int he microwave until hot. Fill crepes, serve with fruit or preserves on top of rolled crepes. We really like peaches or strawberries on ours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
