In the mixer, cream (beat) together:
1 cup butter
2 cups coconut oil
4 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
Add and mix in:
1 cup molasses
In a separate bowl, mix together:
8 cups of flour
8 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
4 heaping teaspoons ginger
4 teaspoons cinnamon
Now slowly add to the butter/sugar mixture.
Roll into walnut size balls and then roll in sugar.
Bake 350* for 10 to 12 minutes
Makes about 10 dozen cookies
