8 chicken breast tender
1 egg, lightly scrambled
1/4 c cornstarch
Sauce:
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/4 c ketchup
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix sauce together and coat bottom of a 9x13 pan with part of the sauce. Dip chicken in egg and then cornstarch. Place in pan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 325* for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
